Step-by-Step
The Process

SITE VISIT
After the first email/call received by us, we will schedule a site visit to take a look at the project and to exchange information.

DESIGN
At the site visit we will require an RPR to base our design out of and start the process, at this point you can choose to purchase a 3D design as well.

PRICING
Once the design is done, we will send 2 documents in an email, 1 quote, 1 rendering for your approval.

SCHEDULING
Once the quote and design are approved and signed, we require 10% deposit to schedule you in our calendar.

PROJECT STARTS
The day that our crew arrives to the site to work, we require 40% of the total quote.

PROJECT ENDS
You have a brand new landscaped area, final 50% of the quote is required on this day. You are happy, we are happy.
2D landscape design, displays the overhead or plan view of the project and are required as the first step to any design.
This Design creates the base plan of the property as well as the desired concept plan.

Typically, the exterior design process involves working though 3D study models, exterior elevations, floor plans and wall sections this helps us understand the effects of our design decisions as we make them.
Exterior Design is a way to put your imagination to flow, finding your style within this specific design which also allows you to understand the nuances of your site, thus better able to design your home.

If You Can't Imagine It, We Draw It For You
3D Landscape Designs, are created starting from the completed concept plan (2D design) using special 3D modelling software. Our goal is to give visuals of what the proposed design will look like.
